Inspired by our children and shaped by life’s challenges, we created a bakery grounded in love, resilience, and a deep desire to share our family traditions with the community.

Rebecca brings the warmth of her Swedish heritage and a lifelong love of baking, while Ted adds the rich flavors of his Norwegian roots and time-honored family recipes. Together, we craft decadent, nostalgic desserts that have stood the test of time.
